eg. of command 
git filter-branch -f  --index-filter 'git rm -rf --cached --ignore-unmatch Test\ Run/' -- --all


"Test Run" was the folder while was removed from the tree history

fork and sync a github project to bitbucket

First create an empty repository on Bitbucket.
